CARE:

some practical suggestions to Extensions help you in applying the Extension.

BEFORE APPLYING THE LOCKS:

  • Wash the client’s hair using a degreasing shampoo
  • Do not use any conditioner (if really necessary on tips only)
  • Do not use any cachets (or colours) before applying the extensions
  • Dry the client’s hair very well
  • Do not make any treatment before 24 hours

FURTHER PROBLEMS:

  • The locks haven’t been applied to a sufficient hair quantity
  • The resine hasn’t been dissolved correctly
  • The locks have been sticked too closely to the skin and the pulling has caused the bulb’s inflammation and its detaching
  • The client’s hair is too frail

THE LOCKS RESINE BREAKS:

  • The resine hasn’t been melted correctly
  • The resine has been prepared wrongly during the application

THE LOCKS FALL OR COME UNDONE:

  • The locks haven’t been melted to the client’s hair perfectly
  • The client’s hair wasn’t clean or degreased
  • The client’s hair was still wet

THE LOCKS CAUSE TROUBLES TO THE CLIENT:

  • The locks have been welded too closely to the skin
  • The extension has not been correctly applied
  • The lock is pulling the client’s hair

 

 

MAINTENANCE
Consumer information

In order to maintain your Extension perfectly we suggest you to follow these advices:

1. The Client must brush her hair using a good quality hair-brush at least twice a day and a good restructuring spray will certainly be a good help.

2. It is a better for the client to wash her hair at her hairdresser's or to ask him for a good product and the correct washing method.

3. It is recommended to use a delicate Shampoo : "Hydrating and Soothing Wash", some hydrating mask : "Untangling Mask", restrcturing spray : "Cristal Shine", "MXL Extension's Products"

4. Do not use any phials against loss of hair.

5. Wash hair following the Exension direction and massage the root delicately.

6. Do not use any products which contain some alcoholic substances.

7. Do not sleep when your hair is wet and free.

8. Tie your hair up when swimming and then wash it using.

9. The use of chemical processings is advised against that can go to carve the structure of ours extensions.
